Monday Aug 30, 2021
In this episode I am kicking it with a brother I believe to be special in many ways. This brother Dane Smith has accomplished so much that so many others couldn’t dream of attempting. He is not only a father, he’s an international professional basketball player, an actor, an entrepreneur a model and more. He is genuine through and through, and I respect and appreciate what he has and continues to give to the communities and those he comes in contact with. This brother is a fresh of breath air when I think of being the change we want to see in the world. I hope you find joy, laughter and inspiration from this conversation like all those before with people I like, love and respect.

E029 A Futures Past
Monday Aug 16, 2021
Monday Aug 16, 2021
In this episode I discuss the book "Who Moved My Cheese" and breakdown how it relates to our daily lives and the mindset we have come to develop over the years.
Many people display these attitudes in life and it hinders their growth and goal achievement. We need not get stuck in our past or in our own way because we choose to be ignorant and deprive ourselves of changes which are eminent.

Monday Aug 09, 2021
Monday Aug 09, 2021
In this episode I want to share some thoughts and discuss something I’ve been pondering this past week and that is the values we invest our time and identity into.
Many people value the wrong things as I do myself from time to time. But I think it’s about time people decide to be honest with themselves and what they want in life rather than focusing on what others think or perceive of them.

I am privileged to be having a conversation with this author and a poet whose work I have come to both enjoy and appreciate. I felt like I knew her when in actuality I didn't. I reached out to Andreana because I grew to enjoy her work and I thought her journey can truly inspire someone listening to this episode.
The courageous Andreana Warlow joins me in an inspirational conversation for everyone. Andreana takes us on her journey of ups and downs, the impacts of postpardum depression and how she managed to persevere. Poetry became her coping mechanism and from it came her first self published book of prose and poems "Wanderer and the Moon."
