In this episode, a beautiful conversation with a father and how he expresses his gratitude and love for his wife, children and family. The host Derick talks about "Fear" and how it impacts us in a negative way, but ironically it has great potential to impact us in a positive way if we find the courage to channel that energy fear generates within us to gain some confidence. In this bonus episode I am sharing some great moments and laughter with my sister and friend Amina Yassin. She is special in every sense of the word and anyone who knows her knows they are privileged to have her in their life. We share wonderful moments discussing culture, love, relationships and more. I truly love and respect this amazing woman for her courage and ability to live and let live. She is forever humble and allows her spirit to take her where it may. Her contagious energy and self-awareness is the beauty she exudes daily. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did as we embark on a new year 2022.

In this episode I’m speaking with my brother from another mother. I am lucky to know I have someone like this brother in your corner. This brother of mine Rayan Sterling and I have grown together in so many aspects of life and share many things in common that it’s breath-taking at times. My twin and a man of many skills, talents and funny as hell.

I am privileged to be having a conversation with this individual. Wendy Antoine-Mitchell is one of the most hardest working people I have ever known as well as one of the most giving. She is someone I have known since high school and it’s been a real pleasure to have the privilege of sharing memories between both our families. She is a Registered Practical Nurse for other people’s family members by day and a super woman aka a mother every time after that.
